Karen Dillon - Project Manager

Karen Dillon is the senior project manager at Makerhoods, managing the construction process from design development to completion.  She has worked in the construction industry delivering high-end residential projects, doing research and implementation of alternate building and construction methods.  She implemented a web-based collaboration process for the delivery of a complex concrete construction project long before cloud-based computing became the norm.  Her previous experience in manufacturing engineering, designing and implementing multi-cell manufacturing environments, has translated into an ongoing passion for improving the efficiency and quality of the construction process.

Karen is a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, Wounded Warrior Project and Blue Star Mothers of America.
